Your trail is designed to complete by car answering clues along the route with several stops for you to explore on foot.
The trails are self guiding, you drive yourself under the guidance and instruction of your trail pack and maps.

INTRODUCTION
We will personalise & brand our treasure trail maps & trail pack to mark your occasion and create a wonderful, fun filled day out for you all exploring the Cotswolds and taking on the challenge of the Cotswold Discovery Trail
We will write a treasure trail for you based on your Cotswold location and requirements.
You could provide us with photos and details of your group and event and we will weave it together in a fun filled day of discovery across the Cotswolds unique to your occasion.
No group too big or too small
Trail pack for each team including team instructions, trail map, compass, pads of paper, pens and car stickers
PRICING
There is a set service fee for us to write and design your discovery trail of
£245
For each team we then charge an additional
£25
If there are 20 people its likely 5 teams will be involved. We write subtle differences in the trail for each team to keep you apart around the trail so not to disturb each other on the route and clutter little Cotswold villages up at the same time. That's an increase in complexity. More teams also means more maps and content needing printing.
That's why each team has an additional £25 fee

If there is a party of 20 people we expect that to be 5 teams of 4 (4 people per car)
The total cost is set fee of £245
plus 5 x £25 = £125
Total = £370
Cost per head is £370 / 20
= £18.5
If there is a party of 8 people, that's 2 teams
set fee £245
plus 2 x £25 = £50
Total = £295
Cost per head is £295 / 8
= £36.9
To confirm your booking a non-refundable deposit of 25% of your booking is required.
The entire balance is required 8 weeks prior to the trail date
